Situation: A slide-heavy in-person Professional Development Session saw dwindling attendance numbers and low CSAT scores. Scalability was limited by only having 1-2 experts that could deliver the sessions.
Action: Re-tool the course into scalable, interactive, engaging eLearning modules to offer on the new LMS.
Result: Fully interactive, engaging and relevant On Demand Course increasing scalability and relevance.
